AHEDE Topic of the Week #5

I missed a few of the All Hallow's Eve Dishcloth Exchange Topics but I'm back on track.
This weeks topic :
If you could go anywhere at all to enjoy a wonderful fall vacation - where would you go and why?
Red Leaf
I think I'd probably have to pick somewhere in the Northwest US such as Oregon, Washington or Idaho. I've never been out that direction and from what I've seen in photos it's a lot like Minnesota (with mountains) which I love in the Fall. I can't get enough of all the colors.

My dishcloth pal received her package this week and loved it.

Another prize will be given away tomorrow, get your comments in now!

Summer Colors

As tempting as it was to keep this wee sock, I did send it off to my August wee sock swap partner. I thought about these socks as I was making them, reminds me of all the colors of summer. These little wee socks are just the right amount of knitting for what has turned out to be quite a busy summer for me.

Spring Wee Sock

Almost a week ago (gosh, I'm a slacker) my friend Splatgirl hosted a really fun crafty chix brunch. While there, I managed to knit another wee sock for a swap on Ravelry. I kept my mouth shut and my ears opened long enough to concentrate on this project. Usually I'm talking so much I don't get anything accomplished.

Wee Sock

This weekend I knit a wee sock for a swap I signed up for. IMO, this is a great idea for a swap...just a little something for a new pal, we were assigned the pal on Friday and the mailing date is tomorrow. Not enough time to put it off or forget about it and a great way to meet new blog friends. I can't wait to get my wee sock!
