Catastrophe
A major bridge in Minneapolis collapsed tonight. We are OK.
We were traveling South on 35W at about 6:15 when we saw the MNDoT trucks putting up barricades to block traffic from traveling in that direction. Very scary stuff and my thoughts are with the victims.

I'm not sure if I've ever left a comment here before or not, but I do read your blog regularly and remembered you were in MN, and came to see if you'd posted. I'm thankful that your family is fine.
My 23yod also lives in the Minneapolis area. It was comforting to hear her sweet voice on the phone when I called her right after hearing the news last night.
I'm praying for the families of the victims of this horrific tragedy. :-(
