Charitable Quilting

One of my local quilt shops gathers baby doll quilts for donation over the holidays. This summer I picked up a few fat quarters and just recently sat down to make the baby doll quilt. I'll be dropping this off in the next couple weeks and feel pretty darn good about it.

That's really cute. I keep seeing color combinations that make me want to run out to the fabric store and try them. This is one of them!

Maybe you should make one with a hello kitty pattern? Just a suggestion :) Who doesn't love Hello Kitty?

I've never been brave enough to try quilting. Probably something about not having instant gratification. Like the pattern, simple and bright!
