This is my knitting bag. I made it earlier this year when I was on a quilted bag kick, I made 4. What's in it you ask? Two knitting projects: the Fiona bag and one lollipop sock. Directions for each of those, a tape measure (the cutest one ever-I'll show you later), a blunt-ended scissors, a 10 1/2 circular needle (I don't remember what this is for-maybe a scarf), and a plastic darning needle. It's a nice roomy bag so I can fit another one or two projects in it if need be. I have unofficially started a little button collection so I've placed them on my knitting bag. The black one on the left is from my friend Lara, it says biker with picture of a chicken=biker chick. Isn't that clever? The lavender one says I'd Rather Be Knitting which I got from a fellow blogger, I'm sorry I can't remember who. If it's you please let me know so I can give you proper credit. The little C is for Carrie and I found it at The Gap in the clearance bin. The red one underneath the C says top with a picture of a dog=top dog. I love these buttons that say things with pictures. The red one on the handle has a picture of a girl with a tiara and it says Smart Women Vote 2004, so that's where I'm off to! I *heart* my knitting bag! I am bringing my laptop in this morning for repair. I hope the Geek Squad can get it fixed quicker than they think. Fingers crossed.
Wow, Carrie! You are definately one busy girl! I love your knitting bag. Your whole blog is awesome! It was good to see you last week. BTW, my cable was disconnected by some anonymous idiot! HHHmmmmm. Anyway, take care and I'll talk with you soon.
I am a 30-something dental hygienist living in MN with my Weimaraner Casey, and missing my Boxer Flea. My husband Kyle is my best friend. I drive a 10 year old truck and a 9 year old motorcycle. My brother is currently serving in the US Air Force stationed in New Mexico. I love Rice Krispie bars, all things Tangerine/Mandarin Orange and Pistachio, Peanut M&M's, caramel, Jelly Bellys, comfortable shoes, cowboy/rodeo fabric, warm blankets, handmade quilts, soft pillows, really good chocolate and lazy days. I dislike litterbugs, dry hands, burned popcorn, slow drivers, below zero days and poor service & dirty silverware at restaurants. I'm currently enjoying my new Android phone, working on my UFO's and reading Recalculating on my nook.
I'm looking forward to Christmas!
