This was the scene outside our house Wednesday night. We've been smelling natural gas out front of our garage lately and it's been stronger the last couple of days. We decided to chat with our neighbors about it since it seemed to be coming from their vicinity. They agreed on calling the gas company so I did. They promptly came out and tested the neighbors meter, leaking. The gas guy went inside the neighbors house, gas was detected. The poked holes in the yard and tested...leaks. So... the neighbors will be receiving a new gas meter and their yard has been dug up from the meter to the street. What excitement. At one point there were 5 gas trucks out front and a backhoe. Sorry about the lousy photo.
I am a 30-something dental hygienist living in MN with my Weimaraner Casey, and missing my Boxer Flea. My husband Kyle is my best friend. I drive a 10 year old truck and a 9 year old motorcycle. My brother is currently serving in the US Air Force stationed in New Mexico. I love Rice Krispie bars, all things Tangerine/Mandarin Orange and Pistachio, Peanut M&M's, caramel, Jelly Bellys, comfortable shoes, cowboy/rodeo fabric, warm blankets, handmade quilts, soft pillows, really good chocolate and lazy days. I dislike litterbugs, dry hands, burned popcorn, slow drivers, below zero days and poor service & dirty silverware at restaurants. I'm currently enjoying my new Android phone, working on my UFO's and reading Recalculating on my nook.
I'm looking forward to Christmas!
