Anyone?

I know you are out there? What does it take to get comments? Is Blogger not conducive to comments? Would you rather e-mail me?

I need Blogger help. Does anyone know how to get the posts into the archives? My front page has what seeems like 50 posts on it. What I would like them to do is go directly to the archives when the month is over...you know start with a clean slate. Help!

I'm not sure what your settings are on "Archiving" and "Formatting", but I found out that the nicest way to get my stuff archived is to put the "Formatting" on 7 posts or days and put the "Archiving" on monthly.

Nice blog, BTW. I wish I had your stash.

In addition, come to think of it, it might be impossible to get the older entries to go to the archive when the months turn. But perhaps putting the post count per first page is a turn to better, if a clean slate isn't possible?

Ohh! same thing happened to me, i use blogger. It stinks, because people have to sign in to comment! I went to http://haloscan.com/ and signed up and use thier commenting system, on top of bloggers comments. you can turn either one on or off, so maybe trying that is the best?? the halo scan comments come up as a pop up and function as regular comments you see on the other blogs..
hope that helps!

Posting a comment on a Blogger blog as anonymous is possible. But it is the blog owners choice whether or not to allow it.
